How long does installation take?+

Will the lights be visible during the day?+
Barely. The aluminum track is color-matched to your soffit or trim, and the pixels themselves sit recessed inside it. From the curb during the day, most people don't notice it at all.
How does the app work?+
You control everything from your phone — pick from preset scenes, change colors, schedule on/off times, or run animated patterns. Voice control through smart home assistants is supported as well.
Can I use the lights outside of the holidays?+
Absolutely. Most homeowners run a soft warm white most nights and switch to colors for events, holidays, sports, and seasons.
Is it safe? Will it damage my roof?+
Yes, it's safe. The track mounts cleanly with proper fasteners and sealants, and our installers are trained to protect your roof, gutters, and landscaping.
Will my HOA allow it?+
In nearly every case, yes. The system is intentionally discreet during the day. We can provide product specs and renderings to share with your board if needed.
Will the lights bother my neighbors?+
No. The pixels are downward-facing and dimmable, and you have full control over brightness, schedule, and color — so you can be a great neighbor while still enjoying your lights.
How long do the lights last?+
Our LEDs are rated for many tens of thousands of hours and are built for outdoor, year-round use in harsh weather.
What's the warranty?+
Our installation comes with a workmanship guarantee, and your LEDs and controller are covered by a strong manufacturer warranty. We'll explain the specifics during your quote.
What happens if a light or section goes out?+
Reach out and we'll diagnose it remotely whenever possible. If it's a hardware issue covered under warranty, we'll replace it. If it's outside warranty, we'll give you straightforward repair pricing.
Do I need any special wiring or electrical work?+
Usually not. The system runs on low voltage and plugs into a standard exterior outlet. If your home needs an outlet added, we can coordinate that.
